Owners & Staff

The owner of Woofy World Kennels & Daycare, Marcel, reside on their property of his kennel/doggie daycare business, which he opened in 2006. Marcel has a lot of experience handling dogs and other animals. He grew up surrounded by the love of many animals ranging from dogs to horses. Having grown up surrounded by the joy that pets bring, it was easy to see his over-whelming love of animals developed from a young age. Customers can clearly see the bonds that develop between their dog(s) and everyone at Woofy World Kennels & Daycare. Our check-ins are often so excited when they arrive that they nearly pull their owners over to get inside and play!

Marcel is also registered breeder of the ALAA. They breed Miniature Australian Labradoodles which he raise in his home. To find out more about his Miniature Australian Labradoodles, please visit Woofy World Labradoodles.

Juliana (Manager)

“I’ve had the immense pleasure of managing this remarkable establishment since November 2021. My journey with Woofy World began in May 2017 when I first set foot in Canada, leaving my beloved Brazil behind.
My love for dogs has been a constant in my life for over 16 years. In Brazil, I not only cared for street dogs but also provided them with forever homes whenever possible. I even ventured into the world of running my own kennel and daycare business.
Life took an unexpected turn when my husband received an invitation to work in Canada. It was a big decision, but I couldn’t be more grateful for the warm welcome I received at Woofy World in the beginning of my journey in this new country.
I am truly blessed to be working in a place where my passion for dogs can thrive. Dogs have always held a special place in my heart, and I can’t imagine a life without them.

I eagerly anticipate the opportunity to extend a warm welcome to both you and your furry friend, inviting you to experience our world of fun and love here at Woofy World.”

Jayna White

“I grew up with 1 dog and I’ve always had an interest in caring for / working with dogs. Working at Woofy World is my first job dog related and I’ve learned a lot. I’ll always do the best I can to care for them.”

Kyara Allan

“My name is Kyara and I’m from Ecuador. Growing up I had so many animals such as, dogs, monkeys, a donkey, parrots, bunnies, and so on. I was even able to tend to my dog as she gave birth to her puppies. It was an experience I will never forget.

It has always been my dream to work with animals. Fortunately, Woffy World Kennel’s & Daycare hired me and it has been the best job ever. I have the best coworkers, bosses, and customers. I couldn’t ask for a better job.” Kyara Allan.

Krissy Koch

“Hello, I’m Krissy. Dogs have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember, from the tiniest of breeds to the largest of companions. My profound passion and unwavering love for every four-legged friend that enters our kennel are what drive me.

Over the past year, my journey has been marked by valuable lessons in understanding dog behaviors, perfecting grooming techniques, and creating an environment that prioritizes their well-being. It’s a privilege I hold dear – the opportunity to provide your beloved dogs with the most loving and enjoyable stay imaginable.

At our kennel, your pets aren’t just guests; they become a part of our extended family. My commitment is to ensure their time here is filled with warmth, care, and happiness, making their stay truly exceptional.” Krissy Koch

Mackenzie Callihoo

“I have a Siberian husky and have had 2 huskies before the one I have now! I have dog sat many times before working here. “Never underestimate the power of a sloppy kiss and a wet nose on a bad day!” I love working with dogs and they have never failed to make me smile!” Mackenzie Callihoo
