“We have been taking Tia to Woofy World consistently for the past year and a half now, ever since she was a puppy. I will admit I was very nervous at first since we had never taken Tia to any type of dog daycare or kennels before. I didn’t know how she would cope as she is very high maintenance and attached to us. That feeling subsided quickly after her first visit. Tia is always so excited to be dropped off and runs inside as if we no longer exist, ready to play and comes back to us so exhausted (and not all dirty like other places we have tried taking her). She stays at Woofy about once every week or so for overnight boarding and Hayley, Marcel and the staff treat Tia and us so well by accommodating any of Tia’s special needs and are always so great with accommodating our busy schedules. She is like our little baby and we know that they treat her (and all the other dogs) with such love and care just like if they were their own. :)”

“I have been a client, or should I say my dogs have been clients of Hayley’s at Woofy World since she was grooming in her mobile “Woofy Wagon”. Right from our first meeting to establish whether to use her services or not, I was totally impressed with her personally. Her love for animals far surpasses any groomer I have ever met. Each dog is special to her and that is the way she treats them. I am forever grateful for that because I have had two Yorkies that were terrified of grooming and after the first visit they have never feared grooming again.
Her quality of workmanship is incredible. The facility is always impeccable. The staff she chooses to hire are always extensions of her, and her love and kindness to the dogs. They are not only very patient and understanding to the dogs, but to us, the dog owners! She is always prompt and so organized. I really don’t know how she does it!
Then there are the special little things that she does for the dogs and the owners. As if her good work and love were not enough, twice now she has given me lovely pictures she has taken so that I can remember my beloved babies when they have passed on to Doggie Heaven. I am so grateful to her for that lasting memory. I guess you can tell I believe she is the best doggie groomer and kennel owner in Kelowna.”
