TERMS

1.) All dogs must be fully vaccinated. A certificate or proof of vaccination to verify that your dog has been vaccinated within the last 11 months or at least 7 days before arrival with a 4 in 1 vaccination, and Bordetella Bronchiseptica (kennel cough) will be required. We will not accept pets for boarding unless a certificate or proof of vaccination is presented on arrival.

2.) Fees are charged on a per day basis. Check-out time is 11:00 am. Collections after 11:00 am will be charged as a full day.

3.) Delivery and collection of your dog is by appointment only. Collection of your dog is by owner/agent/guardian only unless otherwise arranged before pickup.

4.) Please ensure that your dog is free from fleas/lice/ticks. If we need to treat your dog we will also need to charge you for this.

5.) The owner/agent/guardian authorizes Woofy World Kennels to engage a veterinarian to treat your dog whenever Woofy World Kennels deems it necessary and the owner/agent/guardian guarantees payment of veterinarian fees.

6.) We consider our facility and management practices to be of the highest standards, therefore the very best of professional care and expertise will be given to your pet. However, we accept no responsibility for sickness or injury contracted or suffered while your dog is being boarded at Woofy World Kennels. We also accept no responsibility for death or loss for any reason whatsoever. The owner/agent/guardian hereby releases Woofy World Kennels from all liability for any loss or expense that the owner/agent/guardian may suffer or bear as a result of any happening (such as disappearance, runaway, sickness, injury, death from any cause, fire, theft, etc.) through transportation or otherwise, during the time that you dog is being boarded on or off the premises at 4940 Chute Lake Road, Kelowna, BC.

7.) Our aim is to provide an environment as stress-free as possible for all dogs staying with us. For this reason we will not accept dogs on heat as this unsettles our other guests. A surcharge maybe charged if a dog comes into season during her stay with us.

8.) Due to noise restrictions, we can not board any dog that has a problem with excessive barking. Any new dog staying with us will therefore require a contact person who can take the dog if such a problem arises. If a dog needs to be picked up by the contact person, full payment for the remaining agreed dates of boarding will be refunded.

9.) All charges are to be paid when collecting your pet. In long-term situations of two weeks or longer, we request that payment be made monthly or by a 50% deposit on delivering your pet. Balance to be paid when collecting your pet.

10.) In the event that the owner/agent/guardian abandons his/her dog while being boarded at Woofy World Kennels, or fails or refuses to pay the fees in advance, then after two weeks notice of abandonment or default in fees to the owner/agent/guardian at the address given, Woofy World Kennels reserves the right to make any suitable arrangements for the dog.

11.) By signing this document, the owner/agent/guardian guarantees that he/she wiil become personally liable for all expenses for boarding, veterinarian fees, property damage fees, or other expenses incurred while the dog is being boarded at Woofy World Kennels.
